Please remember to keep in touch with your case coordinator. You and your coordinator should be in contact a minimum of once a month. The 10th of every month is a good time to touch base with your coordinator even if it is to tell them that you have not yet seen your child(ren) for the month but are planning to do so. It is imperative that the GAL file reflect all of your notes and face to face visits with the children. If you are having a hard time getting a hold of your coordinator or communicating with them please call Dawn-Marie at 407-343-2457.
One Hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like.
But the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child.
