CLERK OF COURT NOTES
FUNDS FROM THE REGISTRY
*We have been telling the parties that it takes 7-10 days to get money
from the registry. It is currently
taking three weeks, so we will have to adjust what we tell people.
*The interest rate for court for 2001 is 11% (not 10%).
