PHONE TREE

So far Elliot, Genie and Jane have agreed to be part of our phone tree when mediator emergencies occur. Kim will inform Tallahassee. We should try for one or two more, so that no one will have to call more than 8 people.

Anyone else interested in being a branch?

MEDIATION NOTES

1. Please don’t leave parties alone together in a room. Even if they seem compatible, there have been several arguments recently after the mediator leaves. If you need to set a trial:

           a. call us at 62004 (there is a yellow sign on the wall in each room with this number on it) and someone will come back

           b. or send the parties out to the general waiting area and bring the file to us. We will call them to set the trial.

           c. or send one party out to another area and leave one in the room (least preferable)

If you have a question and the parties have released you to breach confidentiality to ask us, you can call from the rooms too.

Don’t forget to check our site at NINJA9.org. Also you can send emails to Kathy at ctadkr1@ocnjcc.org or Veronica at ctadvb1@ocnjcc.org.
