The Thomas S. Juvenile Justice Center is, by Federal Law, a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted. Weapons are not allowed in the Courthouse. All visitors visitors are required to go through a metal detector. The Courthouse opens at 7:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, excluding those Court Holidays.
