Each party, or, if the party is not a natural person, a representative of the
party with full settlement authority (full settlement authority includes the
ability to agree to accept or pay any amount up to the plaintiff’s last demand);
and
2)
The party’s attorney, if any; and
3) A
representative of the insurance carrier for any insured party who is not such
carrier’s outside counsel and who has full authority to settle up to the amount
of the plaintiff’s last demand or policy limits, whichever is less, without
further consultation.
FAILURE OF ANY OF THESE TO APPEAR MAY RESULT IN THE
ENTRY OF A DEFAULT OR DISMISSAL OF THE ACTION BY THE COURT.
