In general, these services center around the criminal justice process and the civil process. Originally the services prescribed were in accordance with the contract between the Office of the Attorney General and the Osceola County Board of Commissioners.

The Victim Assistance Program is based out of the Osceola County Courthouse and offers free assistance to all victims without the need of a referral or legal representation. Any victim can seek the assistance from VAP without a prior appointment. VAP is a walk-in service. Services are provided during regular business hours. VAP provides an After Hours Emergency Injunction service for victims needing an emergency injunction after regular business hours.  Please note: This service is available only to victims who meet the emergency assessment for this service.
