Audio Video Specialist

The primary responsibility is to configure, install and maintain audio and video equipment.  Provides technical expertise to create audio-visual presentations.  Works with clients to set up computer presentations and to operate evidence presentation equipment. Sets-up public address equipment for press conferences or Court activities, including cameras, microphones, mixer and TV monitors.  Maintains equipment and inventory of equipment and supplies. Orders equipment needed for various projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ability to define, analyze and resolve technical problems.  Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with user community.  Experience with Pesa switchers, Biamp digital audio systems and Meridian Fiber Optic equipment is a plus.  Associates degree in Audio production, Broadcasting, multimedia or closely related field and two years of TV, film or audio-visual production, film and video editing or electronics experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training and experience.
