Ask-A-Judge
Ask-A-Judge provides an opportunity to submit a question concerning any general matter designed to improve the law, the legal system and/or the administration of justice. Ask-A-Judge welcomes and encourages questions that are general in nature and which may be helpful to the public.
Please note that Judges are prohibited by the Code of Judicial Conduct from giving legal advice or commenting on specific cases. Questions dealing with specific cases or specific factual situations cannot be answered. Please do not submit these types of questions as Ask-A-Judge cannot respond to them.
In order to provide a more helpful answer, when forwarding your question to Ask-A-Judge, please provide the country/state you reside in. If you reside in Florida, please provide the Florida county you reside in. Also, please note that the questions you submit and the responses that Judges provide are public record. Due to the large volume of question submitted to Ask-A-Judge, a response to your question may be delayed. The Judges appreciate your patience.
